The "audition" is in two parts. First, the submission of a one-minute mp3 of your singing a tune in your best key, with background of stereo system, solo piano, rhythm section, or pre-recorded track. (email to paris.rutherford@verizon.net) Then, an informal meeting with Paris Rutherford during which the conversation will center on experience and capabilities of the interested party. Of primary interest are voice type and range, control of vibrato, and reading capability.
You are invited to visit one of our rehearsals to see and hear how the ensemble works on music, and how members correspond with each other. Our rehearsals take place at 7:15 p.m. Mondays at the Annunciation Episcopal Church in Lewisville. (Located at the intersection of College Pkwy and Old Orchard, north of Main Street)
